Browse our categories, add products to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. Enter your delivery details, choose your payment method, and you're done. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Get in touch via our Contact page as soon as possible and we'll do our best. If your order has already been prepared for dispatch, we may not be able to make changes in time. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, get in touch within 48 hours and we'll sort it out.

Delivery is free on orders over Rs 750. For orders under Rs 750, a flat fee of Rs 250 applies.

Orders placed before 12pm (midday) Monday to Friday are processed the same day, subject to payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12pm, or over the weekend, are processed the next working day. Delivery takes within 3 working days of processing

We deliver island-wide across mainland Mauritius. We're not currently able to deliver to Rodrigues or the outer islands.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro debit and credit cards. We also accept Juice bank transfers.
How do I pay with Juice?
How do I pay with Juice?
At checkout, select Juice as your payment method. You'll be prompted to complete the bank transfer through the Juice app. Your order will be confirmed once payment is received. If you run into any issues, get in touch via our Contact page.

We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out promptly.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 48 hours. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider — typically 3–5 working days.
